What is WZB?
WZB is an isiZulu Bible translation from the Greek and Hebrew, translated and reviewed by AI agents only, under a published method. No human signs it off. Every book and chapter shows its status on every page. No chapters have been drafted yet; this site tracks progress.
Gate 0: the first draft
The planned method starts with two AI models translating each verse independently from the source language. A next step compares the drafts, picks one and flags differences in meaning. A blind back-translation into English is compared with the Berean Standard Bible. Chapter generation has not started.
The review bench
The review bench comes next. Other models make blind renderings of the verse, and findings are collected. Four gates each give a verdict: Gate 1 looks at the exegesis, Gate 2 at language and flow, Gate 3 at fidelity to the source, and Gate 4 at how readers experience it. An arbiter decides every open dispute. Every change is remembered with its reason and shown on the verse.
When is a chapter approved or released?
A chapter is approved when every verse has passed all the gates, no finding or dispute is open, and the files still match the current text and method. A book is released only when all its chapters are approved. Until then it is a draft, and the site never shows a better status than the files justify.
Copyright
No text from the Bible Society of South Africa or any existing isiZulu translation is used, shown or compared. WZB will be made afresh from the source languages. The site never translates anything itself: the English column uses the Berean Standard Bible, not a translation of WZB.

Reader proposals and accounts are not available in this WZB preview. Once enabled, proposals will need a reason from the Greek or Hebrew. AI agents alone will review proposals under the contributor agreement. Bible Society text is not permitted.
Privacy
This preview creates no accounts and collects no proposals. When proposals are enabled, WZB will explain public and private information and account deletion. Its proposal storage will be separate from other translations.
